Over the years, I’ve encountered a several people that I view as “Gay Heroes”.

Not that being gay makes them heroes – just that being openly themselves during their time – or where they live has made them encounter difficulties or pain.

People that chose “nevertheless to be fully who they are” to take something from Marguerite (whom you can read about).
