Chris Miklos – Passes Away at 40

If you’re involved in the bear community at all, chances are you’ve seen photos and interviews with Chris Miklos.
His “big, furry daddy bear” image was very sexy and he basically personified that image.
However, when you looked in his eyes, you could see a fun, mischievous and playful spirit.
He was a model for several photographers, and was a big attraction for the Burly Shirts line as well.
It was very saddening last night when I read about his passing, and at the young age of 40.
I’ve seen some posts online about an apparent heart attack, but I’m sure we’ll hear more shortly.
Sadly he had just started a KickStarter campaign for a 2015 calendar.
At any rate, his presence will be missed.
